What is a Biblical Worldview?
In short a biblical worldview is a set of collected truths about the world gleaned from an analysis of scripture, ideas, and personal or collective life experiences. Each individual person has his or her own way of viewing the world. The goal is to have an accurate and truthful view of the world. This is not always simple because at times life experiences and personal beliefs contrast one another. It would be easy to turn away from this task and walk the road of ignorance but the day calls for an accurate and truthful view of the world around us.
What Are The Arts?
Art is an intepretation of the world by individuals or groups that choose various mediums such as film or literature to represent thier interpretations. The ability to correctly interpret and represnt this world is enhanced when a proper worldview is applied, when the art skill or talent is further developed through knowledge, undertanding, and practice, and when the goal is to accurately and truthfully represent life.
